Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. 

This position is responsible for development, management and strategic direction of Pleasant View Garden’s (PVG) products and programs; development and execution of the creative vision plan to enhance the company’s brand position.

• Marketing communications and collateral strategies
• Build PVG Programs; distribute releases
• Market and industry research and trend analysis
• Create all web content and social media guidelines
• Manage the design and delivery of marketing support materials: catalogs, brochures and sales collateral
• Trade Show/Event Planning
• Print advertising/promotional activities
• Website administration

Skills and Abilities:

• Results-driven, assertive individual with excellent organizational and project and time management skills
• Strong sense of initiative and accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
• Proficiency with Excel, Access and Microsoft Office suite applications
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external contact to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results
• Monitor departmental expenses and track within budget
• 5-10% travel required

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required (in Marketing, Business or Communications related field)
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in related field
